These Terms and Conditions govern your use of playwithucc.com and any purchases made through our online shop. The shop is operated by (UCC) United Cricket Club, a recreational cricket club based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
By placing an order, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with a purchase.
2. Products
We sell official (UCC) United Cricket Club merchandise, including custom-printed playing jerseys. All products are made to order unless stated otherwise.
- Product images are representative. Actual colours may vary slightly due to printing processes and screen calibration.
- We reserve the right to modify product specifications, pricing, or availability at any time without prior notice.
- Listing a product does not constitute a guarantee of availability.
3. Ordering & Payment
Orders are placed through the shop on this website. To complete an order:
- Fill in the order form with accurate details (name, size, customisation, delivery preference).
- Complete payment via the provided payment link (powered by Cashfree Payments).
- Confirm your order on WhatsApp by sharing your Razorpay/Cashfree Payment ID to +91 90191 92442.
Your order is not confirmed until payment is received and confirmed by us on WhatsApp. We reserve the right to cancel any order before confirmation.
4. Pricing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges, if applicable, will be communicated before confirmation.
5. Customisation
Jersey orders with custom name and/or number printing are made to order exclusively for you. Please ensure all customisation details are entered correctly before submitting.
- We are not responsible for errors in customisation details provided by you.
- We reserve the right to decline customisation requests containing offensive, inappropriate, or legally restricted content.
- Custom-printed products cannot be returned or exchanged once production has begun.
6. Delivery
We offer two delivery options where applicable:
- Pickup at match: Collect your order at the next scheduled UCC match. We will notify you on WhatsApp when your order is ready.
- Home delivery: Delivered to the address provided at checkout. Delivery timelines will be communicated on WhatsApp after order confirmation. We use third-party courier services and cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, incorrect addresses provided, or circumstances beyond our control.
7. Returns & Refunds
As our products are custom-made to order, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds once production has begun. Exceptions are made only in the following cases:
- The product received is significantly different from what was ordered.
- The product arrives in a damaged or defective condition.
In such cases, please contact us on WhatsApp at +91 90191 92442 within 48 hours of receiving your order, with photographs as evidence. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including logos, graphics, jersey designs, and text — is the property of (UCC) United Cricket Club and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
(UCC) United Cricket Club shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or from any purchase made through it. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available at playwithucc.com/terms. Continued use of our shop after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
